Learn about your metabolic health

It's common to assume we gain weight, then become sick. However, the opposite is true. It's far more common for our metabolic function to become sick, then we gain weight as one of the many side-effects. While weight loss may be the primary catalyst for you registering for a program, until you focus on the underlying metabolic dysfunction, any progress will be short-lived. Your AstonRX program focusses on identifying and correcting the underlying metabolic dysfunction, resulting in long-term health improvements and permanent fat loss.

Access your reserve tank

We only have around 1000-1500 calories of glucose stored for fuel, however, we have many tens of thousands of calories in the ‘reserve tank’ in the form of body fat. Once our body is able to readily access stored fat for fuel, not only does your energy skyrocket, you’ll shed excess kilos and end the glucose rollercoaster ride, leaving you feeling calm and in control.

Change your mindset

If you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right! With the plethora of conflicting information available to us on health, gut health and fat loss, it's almost impossible to sort fact from fiction, leaving us feeling powerless. At AstonRX, we help you to understand how biology drives behaviour and we teach you the skills to regain confidence in your body and your ability to adopt some healthy lifestyle changes. We help you to get the old you back, only better!

Improve your gut health

Imbalance of the key markers of the gut. Firmicutes are involved in energy resorption in the gut and levels may be impacted by a diet high in sugars and processed foods. Elevated levels that impact the delicate balance in your microbiome have been associated with inflammation, obesity and diabetes.
