Support Package

For those who feel they require additional one-on-one support and accountability, this package provides the following:

1 x 15 min initial consultation (prior to commencing your 28-Day program)

4 x 15 min follow up consultations (generally booked weekly, or at your own cadence)

These consultations will be with one of our health coaches and can be booked in person (South Yarra, VIC), or via Zoom or Teams (remote).

The package includes all additional time the team will spend preparing for your consultations and assessing your data prior to your sessions.
