Access your online dashboard

Once registered, you can view your onboarding Dashboard, including recipes, webinars, on-demand fitness, your community forum and a shopping list to help you to start getting organised whilst we’re reviewing your information and building your program.

Step 3

Get prepared for your meals

Your full Dashboard opens 2 days prior to commencing, giving you a full weekend to get organised. You’ll then have full access to your Dashboard and a team of dedicated health professionals to support you through your program.

Step 4

Progress & completion

Your daily Dashboard will keep you mindful and help you to monitor progress. You will be guided through the process by our team and you’ll have options for your Maintenance program upon completion. You now have the skills to better manage your health and weight for a lifetime!

After the 28-days

You’ve regained confidence in your body, you feel strong, calm and have renewed energy. Your Maintenance program is designed to continue your education, teaching you how to take the next steps in incorporating your new skills longer term.
