After fifteen years since my last book, I am proud to introduce Inside Health - my seventh book and, without question, the most important work I have written to date.
Many of you first came across my work through Fat or Fiction, where I challenged the myths that shaped modern dieting culture. Since then, I have spent decades working with thousands of clients and, more recently, contributing to clinical research exploring metabolic health. One thing has become increasingly clear:
Your body is not broken.
It is misunderstood.
Inside Health was written to bridge that gap.
What the Book Is About
At its core, Inside Health explains how your body actually works.
For years, we have been told that weight loss is simply a matter of calories in versus calories out. Yet more people than ever are struggling with fatigue, weight gain, metabolic dysfunction, and confusion around food.
This book challenges that narrative.
Instead, it introduces a different lens: your body as an intelligent operating system, driven by hormones, metabolism, muscle, and cellular energy.
Weight is not the problem.
It is the symptom.
What You Will Learn
Inside the book, I take you through the key systems that regulate your health, including:
- The role of insulin and why it influences fat storage more than calories
- How muscle acts as your metabolic engine and protects longevity
- Why food is not just fuel, but information that shapes your biology
- The importance of meal timing, sleep, and stress in regulating metabolism
- How to reduce inflammation and restore energy at a cellular level
- What true metabolic health looks like, beyond the number on the scale
The goal is not to overwhelm you with science, but to help you understand your body in a way that feels practical and empowering.
Who This Book Is For
