Oils ain't oils!
When it comes to fats and oils, the least processed, the better.
Basically, we want to ensure we're consuming plenty of healthy and anti-inflammatory Omega 3's and avoiding trans fats like the plague!
Buyer beware of hydrogenated fats, which makes liquid fats solid, or semi-solid at room temperature.
Read your labels and stick with the least refined options possible....
