Another day, another diet.

It’s an understandable apathy that people experience because, at the heart of diet fatigue, is a sense of failure, further weight gain and giving up. Perhaps you start to think losing weight isn’t even possible for you and ask that fundamental question – how do I know it will work for me?

That’s why I’ve done the hard work for you in combining years of research into the AstonRX program. I’ve taken the guesswork out of it so all you do is follow the guidelines and you will very likely lose 10 per cent of your body weight in 28 days. Some lose 10kg, but that depends on how much weight you need to lose. Some people lose more than 10kg and that 28-day commitment resets your metabolism to last the rest of your life if you stick to the program’s principles.

We know that change is difficult – there will be good days and more challenging days - so we have a good support system to offer further guidance. You’re never alone with this and you won’t become ill or be starving. The other great fear of embarking on a diet is that you’ll be so hungry you’ll start chewing your fingers. I can assure you, that won’t happen.

Once your body is functioning at its best and you’re giving it everything it needs, it will normalise itself. Inflammation will lower and the amount of body fat will decrease. We know from the blood tests each participant takes at the end of the program, that liver function has normalised which is a huge achievement. We all know that when our liver is sluggish, our whole life seems stuck too.

How you know it will work is that this is science based. It makes sense that, at the core of the program, is a correction of your metabolic health and a welcome side effect of that is weight loss, along with better sleep, a greater sense of inner calm and improved digestion.

In restoring your body’s internal stability, known as homeostasis, it will burn the fat that’s been stored for fuel rather than leaving it to sit there and cause a range of health problems.

By working with your body, not interfering in its digestive process by snacking all day and sticking to regular mealtimes, it has a wonderful way of settling in and likely restoring the great health you deserve.
