This program has been a real inspiration and I can't believe I've lost 5kgs! After an indulgent December and recent nerve injury, I found myself training less and becoming 'bloated'. During the 28 days, I truly focused on my intake whilst building on my cardio and weights once again. The support I received throughout was excellent and I've opted for ongoing support in the maintenance program. A big Thank You to the team! I just feel so much better in myself.
