Amazing Results!

Amazing Results!

I first did the 28 metabolic program at the end of February 2023. I had significant weight to shift.

I was sore and stiff and couldn't catch my breath walking up stairs. My first results after initial 28 days was 5kg loss and 3 cm off my waist. I was sufficiently happy with that plus non scale victories of less stiffness and soreness and easier breathing. I chose to extend then join up to maintenance after that.

I have continued to learn and gain significant health benefits and loving my new lifestyle. After 12 months, I've now lost 26.4kg and 23cm off my waist.

But my blood test results show significant improvements which is amazing to me. I'd tried before to lose weight and get healthier to no avail.

So happy I found Aston RX
