The healthiest version of me!
Hi fellow RX’ers,
I have competed the programme a number of time, always with great success.
This particular journey has seen my weight at its lowest, and my skeletal muscle mass at its highest (the holy grail I believe).
I am strong - and have just managed to successfully do pull ups with no elastics or help (a first). But above all, from last Nov to now, my visceral fat has gone from 7 to 4.
Each time I engage with the team, I learn something that I may have not picked up on before.
I feel truly healthy from the inside out and look forward to continuing to seek sound guidance from Donna and her team, rather than be confused by all of the ‘healthy’ claims of others (ie juice, coconut products, lots of little meals etc).
Thanks team for helping me be my healthiest version of myself as I head toward my mid 40’s.
