My mind is truly blown and I would not believe any of this was possible so quickly unless I completed the program myself.
It is life changing : what that means for me is for 35 years I have counted calories, I have chased calories in cardio classes, I have snacked continuously through the day on "good snacks" without having any insight into what I was doing to insulin and what insulin spikes were doing to me. On top of that I wasn't getting nearly enough fibre in my diet.
I signed up for this program to help me reset my diet after Dec/Jan over indulgence. I wanted something to keep me accountable on food & off alcohol to lose some weight & feel better about myself.
I had no idea this program's focus is to transition your body to burn Fat for fuel rather than glucose by eating specific foods within specific time windows.
FAT has melted off me, I’ve followed it to the letter & I'm eating the most delicious food from easy to make recipes on the program.
As I said - LIFE CHANGING.

To be transparent - my before pic is January 2023 and my after is February 2024 as I had started heavy weight training with the most amazeballs PT 12 months before I did the 28 day metabolic reset program. It was incredibly satisfying to start to see definition in my body that was hiding behind my FAT stores.
I lost 6.1kgs (9.5% of my starting weight) and 9cm off my waist in 28 days.
Now the Life program starts for maintenance. I’m so excited to find my balance as I reintroduce alcohol & other foods.
