I started the 28 day programme in Jan 2022 and while I lost 9kgs during that period, I went onto the LIFE / Maintenance subscription and in the following 12 months had lost a further 17kgs.
This photo was taken at the start of 2024 and I've been able to use what I've learned to maintain my weight, and build my strength and fitness.
(There are now some serious abs under that t-shirt which I didn't truly believe was ever possible to get in my 50s!)
Feels like I've gone from reconditioning a tired old engine to feeling connected to and understanding how it works and being able to continually fine-tuning it. An absolute game-changer!
