One week to go and feeling great!

I've never considered myself overweight, nor have I ever really 'dieted' before and I exercise regularly (4x a week).

Even through all the Melbourne lockdowns I didn't feel like I over-ate (but definitely drank too much). For some reason 2022 hit me hard and I noticed weight steadily increasing to the point that nothing really fit me any more. I felt unmotivated to do anything about it. Until a friend mentioned AstonRX and it sounded terrifying but exactly what I needed to get back to feeling myself.

Fast forward 3 weeks and I'm down 6kg and things fit again! I'm so happy with the results. The support is incredible, recipes are tasty (but I do still miss carbs) and I've re-learned portion control! I'm not saying its easy (far from it) but it is 100% worth the investment.
