I’m so amazed at how easily I adapted to this plan, after only 3 and a half weeks I’ve lost 7 kilos, my skin is looking fresh and I’m sleeping like a log every night!
I thought I was a healthy eater but I didn’t realise how much I relied on sugar and am amazed how I don’t miss it.
Eating like this for the rest of my life will be a piece of cake (just less cake!)
