To think that only 6 weeks ago I was watching and listening to Donna on weekend Sunrise talking about the AstonRX program.

I don't know what it was about what she said but something told me this is it, you have to do this! I'm 58 just about to turn 59 and was at my heaviest at 76kg. My goal is to lose 10 kg. After 28 days I had lost 8kg. This week is my first week of maintenance.

I am very confident that I will lose the last 2kg and then some. I'm now wearing clothes I haven't worn for 2 years! The program is not just about losing weight. As you work your way through the 28 days you are learning about how, when and what to eat & drink and why. As the weight starts to come off you find you have a new lease on life and energy you didn't have before.
