Fantastic result so far, and feeling great.

Great support both on the forum where I was surprised to get answers even on a weekend, and on the support email.

1st lock down walked every day between 4 & 10 km’s and hardly made a dent in my weight. Now actually getting results. Another big benefit for me is according to my Fitbit my sleep pattern ranged in the 70’s which is apparently fair, and I have nearly finished my 28 days, and it’s now in the range of the 80’s which is in the good sleep range.
