I have been yo-yo dieting for over 8 years.
I lose some weight but never enough and give up just to put it all on plus more. The AstonRX 28 day was amazing, I’m not going to lie I struggled the first week and probably day 4 I thought I can’t do this.
I pushed through and all of a sudden I felt good.
I found the food very easy to stick to and would recommend this to anyone, the best diet or way of eating plan by far. I reached my set goal but now would like to continue to lose maybe 4 more kilo.
