Our Womens Health bundle has been formulated to support optimal health of muscle, bone density, microbiome, sleep, digestion, skin, hair and nails. It’s specifically supportive for those experiencing the hormonal changes of peri-menopause and menopause.

Meal Replacement has been formulated to optimise metabolic health, providing almost 30g protein, calcium, 9.6g fibre, collagen, probiotic formula, omega 3's (anti inflammatory), no artificial ingredients and an undetectable blood glucose and insulin response.
Active Muscle Collagen (1 scoop/day in water or add to a hot beverage) This 100% highly purified bovine collagen powder supports bone, muscle, skin, hair and nails. Our collagen production diminishes by 1.5% per annum from the age of 30, which is accelerated as our hormones decrease throughout peri-menopause and menopause.
Magnesium Citrate (1 capsule/day) 85% of us are deficient in magnesium. Magnesium supports muscle function, heart health, bone health, sleep and our nervous system. Magnesium citrate is also a natural stool softener, so can promote regular bowel movements and gastrointestinal health and may reduce mild migraine symptoms.
