I am thrilled to finally have found a weight loss / wellness program that really works. Not only do Donna and her team deliver on their promise but they provide so much more in terms of very accessible and highly responsive support and the sharing of knowledge. It is clear they truly want participants to be successful. My goal was to lose 8kgs in the 28 days and I achieved that in 3 weeks. I am still losing and am excited for the maintenance program. Not once have I felt hungry. Who new I wouldn’t miss snacks! I think about food very differently now - it no longer controls me!
