I had struggled to lose more than 2kg for months so I decided to join Donna’s program.
Even though I cut out sugar months earlier I still had a sweet addiction and used to resort to sugar alternatives. I have now managed to cut out all sweet food and my cravings have disappeared.
It was challenging but I managed to lose 5.6kg in the 28 days which is huge for me considering I can’t exercise due to injury and that was with some walking. I still have more weight to lose so will continue for a little while longer.
