After completing the 4 week programme + 4 week extension, I feel amazing.
I’ve lost 14kgs and 16cms from my waist. It’s much easier to get up in the morning, I am enjoying my fitness training, and I have more energy to run around after my toddlers.
The programme has reset how I think about food and nutrition - when to eat, what to eat and correct quantities. Since starting the programme I have also significantly changed how I feed my children, who are now getting much more vegetables and protein than before (and less packaged food). Despite eating less, I feel hungry less often, and I never feel sluggish after a meal.
The food is visibly appealing with lots of flavour, due to including 5x types of veggies with each meal. This programme is not a diet but a whole lifestyle change and will give you the tools to equip you to continue your health journey long after the programme ends.
