At 51 I've struggled with peri menopause weight gain for three (3) years, nothing I've tried has budged a single kilo, in my first 2 weeks on this program I'm down 5.5kgs.
Love that the guidelines are really clear about when & what to eat. The recipes are really great & at no time do you feel deprived or hungry. The info provided is educational without being overwhelming, it's really very simple when you get going.
I'm so much more motivated now that I've seen a positive result & will stay on this program until l lose the next 10kgs. I will not go on another family holiday & feel like l can't keep up with our kids.
