Found my balance again

After my travelling I had struggled to go back to the Aston way of eating, so in the new year I thought it’s time to retrain myself via the program.

I’m honestly so happy to nearly break 90kg from being at 105 about 6-7 months ago this time around. I know this is a lifelong journey and I can’t wait to keep this going. Thanks so much for the guidance and always the prompt response in the community!

I’m feel better than ever again and I can’t wait to keep going until I reach my goal weight, who knows, I might be back for a 3rd round this year again :)
