I made a commitment to myself to show up consistently for 28 days.
Previously when dieting I would weigh myself everyday, sometimes twice a day and I was fixated on whether the scales were moving down. A hard habit to break as I would become disheartened and lose motivation.
During the 28 days I measured my waist circumference and saw a massive difference when I wore a previously snug fitting belt. That’s three holes I’ve skipped! I’ve dropped a dress size, am sleeping better and wake up refreshed and full of energy.
