Donna's program has quite literally changed my life!

I've learned how to fuel my body in a way that works with it, not against it, and I've lost 15kgs in 2 months as a result!

Once I learned what/how to eat to stabilise my insulin response, the cravings for 'junk' food disappeared and I actually wanted to nourish my body properly. I'm not scared of 'falling back into bad habits', as I was with every other 'diet' I tried... I don't feel deprived- I don't feel like I'm dieting at all.
