Amazing results!
Was referred onto this program after seeing little to no results with daily walks, runs, and PT sessions. After having GDM with my last pregnancy, dropping the excess weight has become a high priority to reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes. 2 rounds of the 28 day program has resulted in just under 15kgs weight loss and over 40cms less around my body! Photos up on my fridge to continually inspire me to stick with Donna’s advice and maintenance program, and I will most likely look to do another couple of rounds of the 28 day program! Thanks Donna for putting this together! Not hard to stick to and I got soo much out of this program!
