I decided to do the 28day program after seeing the fab results a girlfriend had on the program.
I did the program 7mths post having my third baby. I was at my heaviest I’d been (80kg) and technically ‘obese’, lacking energy and always tired (despite baby sleeping well!!). I was so self conscious and dreading going back to work being so big.
None of my old work clothes or normal non-maternity clothes could fit me. DA warned me about doing the program whilst still feeding and how it could impact my supply. I decided to do anyway and I am SO happy I did!! The weight came off quickly which gave me confidence boost and motivation to keep going through the first 2 weeks- where I was having major sugar withdrawals and felt horrible!! I dropped down to 69.7kg in the 28days. My goal is still 4kg away and I’m hoping to reach this on maintenance.
So good to be back into size 12 (vs 16) and now have the energy to do things which is the best benefit. Looking forward to my bloods once I get to my goal to see the difference!
