AstonRX Metabolic Program: Clinical Trial Published

This randomised, placebo-controlled study examined the effectiveness of our multifaceted digital lifestyle program in overweight adults. Over an 8-week period, participants followed the AstonRX program, which combined structured nutrition guidance, time-restricted eating, regular movement, and targeted nutritional support, including fibre, probiotics and key micronutrients.

Key findings included:

Importantly, this study highlights the value of a structured, whole-lifestyle approach, rather than focusing on a single strategy in isolation. It also showed that different types of dietary fibre can have distinct effects on metabolic health, reinforcing the importance of tailored nutrition.

We’re proud to see AstonRX contributing to the growing body of evidence supporting lifestyle medicine and digital health interventions, and we’ll continue to share insights on how this research supports the approach you’re following inside the program.
