A unique, mineral complex to support bone health and strength. Bone health often declines with age, especially for women after menopause. Our formula contains 1,000IU Vitamin D3 and 180 mcg K2 alongside 200 mg Calcium and 150 mg Magnesium per serve, providing comprehensive support for bone health and strength. 

Our formula utilises both the hydroxyapatite form of calcium naturally found in bones as well as the amino acid chelate forms of calcium and magnesium. *Magnesium amino acid chelate has been shown to be more bioavailable than other magnesium preparations such as magnesium oxide.
