All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic shipping rates

We offer $9.50 for standard or $13.50 for express shipping for orders within Australia, under the value of $150.

Free express shipping will apply to shop orders over $150 in value.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pick up at our South Yarra location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 8am to 4:30pm on Monday to Friday.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International shipping

At this time, we do can only dispatch our AstonRX Fasting Meal Replacement Shake (available HERE) to those located in the US or New Zealand.

Postage costs will depend on location and size of order.

All other products can not be shipped outside of Australia. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@astonrx.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, returns and exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, Aston Rx will either provide you with a reimbursement (including shipping charges) or replace the product at our cost. If you wish to request a refund for damaged, incorrect or defective product/s, please contact us at support@astonrx.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please note we do not offer refunds on practitioner only supplements and food items.
