Your full Dashboard opens 2 days prior to commencing, giving you a full weekend to get organised. You’ll then have full access to your Dashboard and a team of dedicated health professionals to support you through your program.

Your daily Dashboard will keep you mindful and help you to monitor progress. You will be guided through the process by our team and you’ll have options for your LIFE program upon completion. You now have the skills to better manage your health and weight for a lifetime!
