28- DAY STRONG PROGRAM:

Who is this program for?

- If you’re curious about improving health and nutrition and keen to restore structure and define new goals

- You’d simply like to learn how to progress your training and improve strength

- You’re keen to change your body composition and improve shape and tone

- Your focus is on longevity and ‘health-span’, rather than just life-span

- You’re at risk of osteoporosis (medications, family history, age)

- You’re taking a GLP-1 drug, which increases your loss of valuable muscle

- You only have a minimal amount of body fat to lose and would prefer to focus on strength rather than weight

- You have completed the Metabolic Reboot program, shed some excess kilos and feel you’d like to now focus on a new strength goal & improve your knowledge of training.

 

What to expect?

- 28-Day program online Dashboard delivering a customised menu, incorporating 3 balanced meals a day

- A STRONG assessment tool to evaluate your current strength and mobility to ensure the appropriate exercise level is delivered (on demand, 3 workouts/week). This assessment is repeated weekly to ensure your training intensity remains current.

- Full access to our entire platform, including your community forum, online dispensary, live webinars, an extensive recipe library updated weekly, daily education and the full support of Donna & the RX team of health professionals

- Following the 28-Days, you will have the option to subscribe to our LIFE program, providing ongoing support and guidance for incorporating your new, healthy habits into everyday life

 

Will I lose weight on this program?

The menu is not as strict as the 28-Day Metabolic Program and the primary focus is on strength rather than weight loss, however, most participants will shed kilos if they have excess weight to lose, albeit a little slower than the Metabolic programs.

STRONG program members who wish to reduce body fat can expect to lose approximately 5% of their weight over the course of 28-days. (for example, if 80kgs, you may lose 4kgs).

 

28-DAY METABOLIC REBOOT PROGRAM (Inclusive or QuickStart)

Who is this program for?

- You’d like to improve or reverse common metabolic disorders (hypertension, overweight or obese, high blood pressure, Type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, fatty liver, lipid dysfunction (cholesterol), inflammation, digestive disorders.

- You’ve been told by your doctor that you need to lose weight

- You’re struggling to lose weight, despite trying multiple diets and programs

- If you’re curious about improving health and nutrition and keen to restore structure and define new goals

- Your focus is on longevity and ‘health-span’, rather than just life-span

- You want to learn about your biology, nutrition and exercise from a trusted source to help you to regain control of your health and weight long-term

 

What to expect?

- 28-Day program online Dashboard delivering a customised menu, incorporating balanced daily meals and time-restricted eating. The focus is to elicit the lowest possible insulin response to reverse metabolic dysfunction. To achieve this ‘therapeutic lifestyle intervention’, the program is quite strict for the initial 28-days, however, a more flexible option is introduced in our LIFE program.

- Full access to our entire platform, including your community forum, online dispensary, live webinars, an extensive recipe library updated weekly, daily education and the full support of Donna & the RX team of health professionals
