Goals Achieved: Weight Loss

After years of a traumatic menopause, continuous hot flush's and awful weight gain of 20kilo's. I have finally found a healthy food plan that works. I have dropped 11 kilos in the first 28 days and cant wait for the next 28 days. I have found the food and recipes very tasty and I haven't felt hungry at all through this process. Now walking 10,000 steps a day and feel focused and supported with daily updates that donna emails and everyone's feedback on the forum. I am so pleased I found this program. Thank you Donna!
