Goals Achieved: Weight Loss

I’ve tried many different diets over the years and lost weight multiple times but this time it feels different, I feel like this is actually sustainable. I’m into my final week of the program and have currently lost over 8 kg. The thing I like most is, once the 28 days are over, we are not left on our own. There is a maintenance program to follow which helps to completely understand our bodies and what we need to do to maintain or continue our journey. Thank you to Donna and her team for all the advice and support!!
