Goals Achieved: Weight Loss

I signed up for the 28 day program to lose weight and while I’m over the moon with my weight loss, and at 8kgs how could I not be… it is what I gained that will help me maintain a healthy life. Understanding the impact insulin has on my body now has me thinking very differently about food. I am sleeping so much better, I’m able to fast for long periods of time without headaches and I genuinely feel better than I have in a long time. The online program is brilliant and the recipes are far too delicious that they feel like I’m cheating. A massive thank you to Donna and the team for all the support.
