Goals Achieved: General Health

I'm in week 4 of Aston R/x program and very close to my goal weight Being in an older age group it's easy to think all older women put on weight and they can't do anything about it. Well, I'm here to tell you can lose weight on this program, feel healthier, more energetic, never hungry food choices very good. I have found the fasts quite easy and will continue whenever I feel the need. I don't snack anymore which was my downfall. I love the support and advice that Donna and her team give so readily. I'm loving the compliments I'm receiving. Lia Kelly.
