Goals Achieved: Weight Loss

I have battled my weight for more than 40 years; once I turned 50 I figured I was stuck with the excess weight and there was just nothing I could do about it. I'd tried every diet under the sun and then some, and been on the diet merry-go-round for what felt like forever. I'd lose weight and then put all I'd lost and a bit more back on as soon as I started eating normally again. Nothing had worked long term for me, until I started Donna's program in March. The first couple of weeks were hard because although I'd had always eaten healthy, I used to graze throughout the day. Once I got in the swing of three meals a day, at regular intervals, the weight just started to melt off. Now I'm about to turn 60, I lost 24kg, I've maintained the loss for coming up on 3 months, and what's more, I feel amazing. Donna has given me the tools to be able to maintain a healthy weight for the rest of my life, and I can't thank her enough. I'd encourage anyone to try this program; you have nothing to lose but your excess weight!
