I am nearing the end of the challenge and weight loss to date is over 6kg. I have to be honest, by about Day 3 I was feeling pretty ordinary - but I called in a baby sitter, rode it out by sleeping and haven't looked back. As I said to Donna when she followed up with me - Snacks are dead to me! I am breastfeeding and have every so slightly adapted the meals to add some nuts on the salads and the odd cup of Earl Grey tea (a weakness of mine) but my resolve has been phenomenal. Skin is looking fresh (despite being up a lot over night with my baby), jeans are looser and energy levels are actually higher. I can honestly say I am not limping to the finish line, I will continue with the programme - but thoroughly enjoy a gin and tonic on the weekend and the odd brekky that doesn't involve eggs. I found Donna to be very present throughout the challenge, and can't wait to get in the 60's weight wise *I started at 77kg.
