I have tried many diets over the years and the Donna Aston Program is one that has set me on the right path. Mindful eating, timings and portion control were what I learnt a lot about on this program and what I will apply to my everyday life moving forwards. The first two weeks were a little challenging, the third week I started to get into a good routine and the fourth week is when I started to the results of all of my hard work. I highly recommend trying Donnas program, you won’t have any regrets !
