Goals Achieved: General Health, Weight Loss, Better Sleep

having been recently widowed and nursing my husband with younger onset alzaimers i ignored my own health .I was not sleeping eating badly and feeling unwell. I needed help not knowing where to begin .I saw an ad for Donna Aston and i thought maybe i could do 28 days .I am so pleased to say i did the 28 days with the encouragement i got from Donna and her team and for the 1st time in 5 years i am sleeping well eating well and as a bonus i lost 6.8 kg .This was the best decision i have made and now i am doing Maitenance and understanding how my body works and what i need to do to to stay healthy .The videos and recipes are really helpful
