Goals Achieved: Reverse Diabetes
I joined the program after months of thinking about it ... not wanting to start something that may not work for me ... again.
Oh how I was wrong !
I did the 28 day program and added and added an extra 4 weeks and have lost a total of 15 kgs.
I feel so much better mentally, physically & have my confidence back.
I am doing more with my kids and my fitness has improved.
I have learnt so much about the effects different foods on my body.
There is a history of diabetes in my family and it was something I want to reverse and I’m on the way to doing that.
I have more weight to lose to get to my end goal, but see this as the first stage of my own journey.
Do the program - it’s great !
