Goals Achieved: Weight Loss

Despite an active lifestyle and generally healthy diet I was carrying around weight I didn't want or need - Donna's program has taught me some vital areas of my diet that needed tweaking and as a result I have lost 5kg in 4 weeks and plan to lose another 5 in the next 4 weeks before getting on the maintenance program. I highly recommend the 28 day program as a kick start for anyone frustrated with those pesky kgs that keep hanging around. Thanks Donna and team :)
