Goals Achieved: Weight Loss

What a difference I first heard about the programme on Triple M and thought that this might be for me although I did have hesitations as I do suffer from hypothyroidism which effects your weight. I decided there was only one way to find out and joined the programme. How glad I am that I made that decision. The recipes are great and thoroughly enjoyable and I haven't felt hungry at all. I'm currently on day 24 and as at day 21 had lost close to 5kilos, I couldn't be happier and with the access to recipes, exercise and guidance from Donna and her team all is going extremely well. I ahve found the Forums very helpful. I plan to continue with The Maintenance Programme for a further 28 days for further education and hopefully a little bit more weight loss.
