Goals Achieved: Weight Loss

I was looking to do a weight loss program. I heard about the program via the radio and decided to explore in detail. The concept made sense, I thought some of the elements might be a challenge but as the program was only 28 days I decided to stick to the plan. 28 days later I have lost 8 kilos, reduced my coffee intake and changed my eating habits....and obviously feel a lot better! Highly recommend the program.
