Launched in January 2019, this is a cutting-edge online platform created by Nutritionist & Human Performance Coach, Donna Aston. With over 25 years' experience in the field of health, fitness & weight loss, she has gleaned her vast knowledge to identify & address the psychological markers at the forefront of the nation's obesity pandemic...

How it works

AstonRX creates a comprehensive personal health profile by measuring specific markers with a pathology test & questionnaire (insulin resistance HOMA IR score), gut health, lipid profile, inflammatory factors, iron, vitamin D, serum glucose & fasting insulin.

AstonRx can identify key metabolic dysfunctions and create a customised program for each participant to directly address & correct each one.

We have several consulting medical physicians & a Psychologist on board as part of our team.

Metabolic syndrome as a dietary disease demands a dietary treatment. We provide personalisd dietary and lifestyle guidance in partnership with you, the physician, overseeing your patient's medical conditions in order to maximise the opportunity of a successful outcome.

Our program is designed for the individual to improve serum lipids, liver function, fasting insulin, fasting blood glucose levels and begin to normalise any other metabolic dysfunction identified in their pathology results.

We have 100% success rate in reversing pre-diabetes & T2DM, as well as subsequent improvements in lipid profiles, fatty liver, visceral fat & hypertension.

Outcomes

We also address body composition changes, gut flora, food sensitivities & intolerances, sleeping habits and appropriate exercise.

As it is common to lose a significant amount of weight on this program, we encourage participants to speak with their physician regarding their blood pressure management and monitoring of medications during this transition.

Precautions

We are aware that during these modifications, certain medications may need to be adjusted in order to prevent unwanted side effects, most importantly insulin and the oral hypoglycaemics. We encourage our members to seek their physician's guidance for these adjustments.

Our priority is restoring the health of our client & your patient and we look forward to the opportunity to work with you, to ensure the best and safest possible outcome for the patient.
