Some things we can take away:
- Get plenty of sunshine (even with a mask)
- Exercise regularly
- Change environments even if it is a different room, it really can shift your thinking
- Change up activities during the day - even if it means you are playing a card game with kids or a relative
- These feelings of stress won't automatically disappear the moment we step back out of lockdown .. they take time
- Connection - especially over the phone is super important to feel less alone and under pressure
- Be patient with yourself and others. The unusual lack of variety and pressure impacts our memory, ability to solve difficult problems, can make us sleep differently and create irritability
